Disney Digital Studio Services (DDSS) provides on-lot technical and creative services at the Walt Disney Studios. So that means we house or work with clients (ranging from Disney Feature to Marvel Studios) all around our lot.
As the Associate Client Services Representative (ACSR), I'm the point person between clients, Studio Operations and Facilities Services and Support, I have to do daily check-ins with the clients to ensure that everything is working well within the facilities.
Being part of the Client Services teams also means I'm helping to throw events, some major some minor for both studio operations and our clients. Sometimes there will be a toast that I need to buy supplies for and other times there will be a festive function I'll need to help coordinate.
Working as the ACSR helps keep each day fresh and new. There's always new tasks that need to be dealt with, whether that means handling a parking situation or making a run for food. And I'm constantly learning along the way.
